Terms and Conditions of project financing:

• What if I already have a domain name and want the website under that domain name?
  No problem. I will create your custom website, host it under the name of the yourdomain.com so I have control over the project until fully paid for. Then all that is required is for you change your name servers on your domain to point to my server (very easy change, I can walk you through it or make it on your behalf). Remember, as soon as you make your final payment, I give you complete access to your website cpanel etc.  I will no longer have any further control over your site, hosting or domain name.


• Do you really have to have such tight controls, I've never heard of this before?
  Unfortunately the answer is yes, put yourself in my shoes, I am literally building and funding your site for as long as the financing term is. If you for any unfortunate, unexpected reason have to walk away, I am left holding the bag and just like you, I want to be paid for my products and services. Again, remember this is only temporary, it is not in my interest to make things difficult for you at all.


• How do I know if I qualify?
  Financing a website is not easily available, but with Dan Collins, I charge an flat interest rate of 15% and I don't require a credit report! You will have deposit due to start the project and your balance will be in monthly payments, typically 3, 6, 9, or 12-months. I do require your website as collateral though as that is the only recourse we have in case of default. So qualifying is easy and approval is based on an case-by-case basis.


• Can I pay off my financing early?
  Yes, you can pay off the financing early with no penalties or additional fees. The sooner you take full control over your own website the less overhead management it is for both of us.


• Can I make my own website changes while I'm in my financing period?
  Actually, you can make as many changes that you wish based on my normal update services, however, you simply need to contact me and submit your update requests into my work flow system and the updates should be done within a day or two on the average. But if you are asking if you can access the cpanel web editor, no, not until your financing is finished.


• What If I want to discontinue my online business, am I still on the hook for the financing?
  Legally, this is a binding agreement and yes you are still on the hook or are responsible for the full financing amount whether you choose to bail or not. It is up to my discretion to pursue you legally or not. it's not my intention to make life difficult. I use a common sense approach and if you run into financial difficulties, simply step up to the plate and discuss it directly with me. You may be pleasantly surprised at the outcome.

Last year only one client walk away from his online business. He was dedicated, made payments on time and was always up-front with his intentions.
